June 2025 painting recap

June Mini Painting Recap 🖌️✨

June was a slower month on the painting desk — a couple vacations and a bit of time spent wrangling the game shelves and sprues back into order. But I still managed to wrap up a few complex pieces I’m really proud of!

✅ Stature — one of my favorite bigitures yet. These oversized minis always demand extra time and patience, but it’s so satisfying seeing them tower over the rest of the collection.
✅ Maestro — an absolute riot of colors. I loved pushing myself to bring out his bold, chaotic look.
✅ Shuri (Black Panther) — subtle but rewarding. Lots of careful layering on those near-black grays to keep her looking sleek and regal.

Sometimes progress is steady, sometimes life takes you away from the hobby table — but the brush always calls you back!
