The Skaven swarm
A swarm doesn’t feel dangerous until it moves as one… then it’s already too late 🐀
Skaven are chaos in motion, all teeth, rusted steel, and twitchy ambition. Individually they’re scrappy, unpredictable… but together, they start to look like a plan. That’s what makes a full team shot so satisfying, you can finally see the story they’re telling as a group instead of just a collection of characters.
This is something I don’t get to do often with my one-off minis, but Blood Bowl (and Blitz Bowl) really rewards it. Picking a tight color palette, pushing those purples against the dirty leathers, and tying it all together with those glowing green bases made the whole squad feel cohesive. It’s less about perfecting one model, more about building a vibe across all of them… and honestly, that shift in mindset has been a fun challenge.
