Ms. Marvel

Stretching past her limits... Ms. Marvel 🦸🏽💎

A girl from Jersey City with cosmic powers and a heart that never quits. Sometimes she’s an Inhuman, sometimes a Mutant, depending on who’s writing the script (and honestly, Kamala rolls with it better than most of us would). Iman Vellani (@msmarvelofficial) captured that same energy in the show, funny and fearless while still figuring things out. I loved the latest graphic novels too, with their mix of big superhero moments and small, very human ones.

For this mini, I practiced painting deeper skin tones and gave the base some extra love with the crushed traffic light. Every new character feels like a new lesson... and that’s exactly why I keep coming back. 🎨
